Items shipped from Fragrain Egypt can be returned within 1 day of receipt of the shipment.

• You have received a wrong product. 
• or a damaged product

Product is unused, in original unbroken, unsealed packaging and includes all tags.

Whenever the item is unsealed it can not be returned or refunded. 

Make sure to check for product authenticity before receiving the package. Our valued customers have all the right to check for products serial number and barcode before receiving the package from courier and also the right to refuse receiving package if serial number or barcode are not authentic.
